1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website at fltechadventures.com (the "Site") or any services provided by Tech Adventures LLC ("Tech Adventures," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Site or services.
Tech Adventures LLC is a Florida-based company located at 27251 Wesley Chapel Blvd, Suite 1209, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544.
2. Services
Tech Adventures provides business automation, managed IT, web development, and AI integration services, including but not limited to:
- Custom AI-powered business automation solutions
- AI receptionist and voice agent deployment
- Managed IT support and cybersecurity
- Website design and development
- System integration and workflow optimization
- AI demo calls to demonstrate our technology
Service details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual client agreements and statements of work, which supplement these Terms.
3. AI Demo Calls
By requesting an AI demo call through our website, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will receive an automated phone call from an AI-powered voice agent ("Alley") to demonstrate our AI receptionist technology.
- The call is for demonstration purposes and is made by an artificial intelligence system, not a human.
- The call will be recorded for quality assurance and service improvement.
- A transcript of the call will be generated, stored, and analyzed.
- You may receive follow-up communications (email and/or SMS) related to your demo request.
- You provide your phone number voluntarily and consent to receiving the demo call by submitting the form.
- Demo calls are limited to 5 minutes in duration.
- Rate limits apply: a maximum of 2 demo calls per hour per user.
4. SMS & Text Messaging
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Tech Adventures, you agree to the following:
- You consent to receive text messages from Tech Adventures related to appointment scheduling, demo follow-ups, and service communications.
- Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
- For help, reply HELP or contact us at alain@fltechadventures.com.
- Text messages are not required to purchase any goods or services.
Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. User Conduct
When using our Site or services, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to manipulate, exploit, or interfere with our AI systems through prompt injection, adversarial inputs, or similar techniques
- Use our demo call system for harassment, spam, or any unlawful purpose
- Submit phone numbers that do not belong to you or that you do not have authorization to use
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI systems
- Use automated systems to submit demo requests or interact with our Site beyond normal use
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site โ including text, graphics, logos, designs, code, AI systems, and software โ is the property of Tech Adventures LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.
Client work product and deliverables are governed by individual client agreements and are typically transferred to the client upon final payment.
7. Client Agreements
Professional services (automation projects, managed IT, web development) are governed by separate client agreements, statements of work, and/or master services agreements. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the client agreement shall prevail.
Payment terms, project scope, deliverables, and service level agreements are defined in individual client agreements.
8. HIPAA Compliance
For clients in healthcare and other regulated industries, Tech Adventures implements additional safeguards as required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other applicable regulations. HIPAA-specific terms are addressed in separate Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) executed with applicable clients.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that our Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. AI-powered services, including demo calls and AI receptionists, may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate responses.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECH ADVENTURES LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SITE OR SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $500, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tech Adventures LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pasco County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Site or services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification provisions.
14. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
